Regency Centers hosted the ground breaking
ceremony for Deer Springs Town Center shopping center
in North Las Vegas.
Present during the affair were dignitaries from the
City of North Las Vegas and Regency Centers.
According to Mike Leonard, Regency Centers' vice president
of investments, Deer Springs Town Center will consist
of 700,000 square feet of retail, bank and restaurants.
The retail center will be anchored by Target, Home
Depot, Staples and is scheduled to open mid-March
2009.
