R.O.I. Commercial Real Estate was founded
in 1992 by Dan Adamson and Mike Gleason. Since its
inception, R.O.I. Commercial Real Estate has procured
real estate transactions valued in excess of $1 Billion
dollars.
The principals have a varied background
in brokerage, development and consulting, which has
proven to be complimentary. R.O.I.'s clients have benefited
through maximized investments. Gleason and Adamson
bring to the table extensive experience, knowledge
and understanding of the costs and return on equity
in the development and leasing of shopping centers,
and relationships in the retail industry which are
hard to surpass.
Mike Gleason has spent 20 years in the
brokerage and development of shopping centers. Upon
graduating from Arizona State University with a degree
in Real Estate Finance, Mike worked in Phoenix, Arizona
for one of the nation's largest retail developers,
the Eisenberg Company. For six years, Mike was involved
in retail development and brokerage throughout the
Southwest. In 1989, Mike opened the Las Vegas leasing
office for Pan Pacific Development. At Pan Pacific,
Gleason played a major role in the successful tenant
mix selection and leasing of the Sahara Pavilions North,
Sahara Pavilions South and Winterwood Pavilions, totaling
over 750,000 square feet. Currently, Mike is the exclusive
leasing agent on over 2 million square feet of retail
projects in Las Vegas, Nevada including Tropicana Beltway
Center, Montecito Crossing, Eastgate Power Center and
Blue Diamond Crossing. He represent tenants such as
Office Depot, Pei Wei Asian Diner and Del Taco. Gleason
is a 20 year member of the International Convention
of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is President of the
Retail Brokers Network which includes 21 retail brokerage
companies throughout North America.
Dan Adamson began his career in retail
brokerage 20 years ago. As a graduate of the University
of Arizona with a double major in Finance and Real
Estate, Dan began his career employed by shopping center
developer, Centrecor Development Company in Tucson,
Arizona. After moving to Las Vegas in 1990, Adamson
worked as a retail broker for Burke Commercial (now
Lee & Associates) and The Commercial Group, and was
involved in the leasing and development of retail properties
totaling over 2 million square feet. Dan now exclusively
represents tenants such as Target, Ross Dress for Less,
Gold's Gym and Burger King, to name a few. He is also
the leasing agent for over 2 million square feet of
major retail projects in Las Vegas, Nevada. Adamson
is a 20 year member of ICSC and past Chairman of the
Speakers Committee for ICSC, Nevada Chapter.
