R.O.I. Commercial Real Estate, Inc. has been selected by Property Development Associates to sub-lease three Vons grocery store locations in Las Vegas:
- NEC Flamingo Rd & Rainbow Blvd (30,000 sq/ft)
- NEC Desert Inn & Eastern Ave (36,800 sq/ft) and
- SEC Owens Ave & J St (43,720 sq/ft)

In addition, R.O.I. also handles the lease for the following Smith's Food and Drug Stores located at:
- NEC US-95 and Jones Blvd and
- SWC Craig Rd & Decatur Blvd

R.O. I. has also leased three (3) locations to Big Lots and two (2) locations to Ace Hardware in the Las Vegas area.
