Vista Commons is a planned 102,600 square foot shopping center located within the Vistas, a 815-acre mixed-use residential village that includes single and multi-family homes and luxury apartments with the Summerlin Master-Planned Community.

Summerlin consists of 22,500 acres and is one of the nation's best designed communities with an emphasis on quality.

A population of approximately 90,000 is expected to live west of interstate 215 at full build-out.

Tourism: Red Rock Visitor Center attracts 1.5 million tourists per year. In addition, the shopping center will benefit from traffic going to Spring Mountain Ranch, Bonnie Springs and various hiking areas.
