Las Vegas, NV – December 11, 2024 – ROI Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the successful leasing of a ±21,039-square-foot custom-built venue at AREA15 to Felix & Paul Studios for their upcoming immersive experience, INTERSTELLAR ARC.

Felix & Paul Studios, the Emmy Award-winning creators of SPACE EXPLORERS, have commenced construction on INTERSTELLAR ARC, a futuristic space fiction experience set to open in Fall 2025. This innovative attraction will transport guests on a 26th-century deep space mission, combining cutting-edge immersive storytelling with the thrill of space exploration.

INTERSTELLAR ARC will serve as a cornerstone of AREA15's 20-acre District 2 expansion, joining a curated selection of entertainment experiences from renowned creators, including Universal Studios. Since its inception, AREA15 has welcomed over 13 million visitors, solidifying its status as a premier destination for immersive entertainment.
