LAS VEGAS, NV — Oct 2, 2025 — Sorrentino Retail Group at ROI Commercial Real Estate is proud to announce the successful completion of a full-cycle retail transaction on behalf of WMG Development, culminating in the $2,303,738 sale of California Fish Grill’s first-ever drive-thru location in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Land Acquisition
Sorrentino Retail Group represented WMG Development in the acquisition of a 1.52-acre parcel strategically located along one of Las Vegas’ most active retail corridors. The site offered exceptional visibility and access, making it an ideal fit for prominent national tenants.
Leasing
Following the acquisition, the team implemented a dual-tenant leasing strategy, securing Heartland Dental and California Fish Grill. The development marks a milestone for California Fish Grill, introducing the brand’s first drive-thru prototype. Both tenants opened within the past year and have performed exceptionally well since launching.
Investment Sale
After lease-up, Sorrentino Retail Group represented WMG Development in the NNN investment sale of California Fish Grill. The asset was brought to market and closed within 30 days, achieving a 5.35% capitalization rate and a sale price of $2,303,738.

The Adamson Team at ROI Commercial Real Estate successfully facilitated the $9 million sale of an 11.34-acre development site at the southeast corner of Craig Road & Rancho Drive in Las Vegas. Mass Equities, the buyer, has retained ROI to assist in the completion of a retail development.
The land, previously owned by a private entity, sold for approximately $793,655 per acre, totaling just over $9 million. According to CoStar data, the site has already been relisted for sale.
Mass Equities, a firm specializing in mixed-use development, focuses on multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and medical office projects.
