Raised in Las Vegas, Carina began her career in Commercial Real Estate in 1994. In her 25 years of experience, she has developed a strong personal and professional character, which is evidenced by her long-lasting professional relationships, reputation and achievements.
Prior to joining ROI Commercial Real Estate, Carina was a Senior Leasing Director at Weingarten Realty for 15 years, where she was responsible for the Real Estate activities of Weingarten’s 2 million square foot portfolio in Nevada and Utah. During her time with one of the Nation’s premier REIT’s, Carina earned acknowledgments for Top Revenue Producer and Top Transaction Producer multiple times and gained valuable knowledge and skill in contract negotiations, new development, market analysis, and asset management.
Carina has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers for 23 years. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her sons and their families.
Fun Fact: Carina recently became certified in open water diving.
