Jeremy Vitale joined ROI Commercial Real Estate in 2019 as an Associate Broker, where he has spent the past six years working with the Graski Retail Team. During this time, he has helped service large national accounts, including major brands such as 24 Hour Fitness, 4 Wheel Parts, Allen Edmonds, At Home, Benihana, buybuy Baby, Chick-fil-A, Daiso Japan, DSW, Famous Footwear, IKEA, Maurices, SCAN Health Plan, Sky Zone, Sonic, Ulta Beauty, and Visionworks.
In 2025, Jeremy progressed to the next level in commercial real estate and earned the title of Senior Associate. Leveraging his experience to transition into independence, Jeremy became one of the few brokers at ROI Commercial Real Estate to operate independently. Specializing in retail and land, Jeremy’s experience spans tenant/buyer representation, landlord/seller representation, developer services, investments, and consultation.
His in-depth market knowledge and strategic approach enable him to deliver tailored solutions to clients across various sectors. He graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance.
In his free time, he enjoys activities related to fitness or watching sports.
His favorite teams are The USMNT, Chelsea F.C., The Raiders, The Golden Knights, and The Runnin’ Rebels.
